Dungeon Crawlin Blues
I hear the Dragon comin', it's creeping 'round the bend
And I ain't seen the sunshine since I don't know when
I'm stuck in Gary’s Dungeon, my torch is almost gone
But that Dragon keeps on crawlin' up from its den
When I was just a Newbie, my DM told me, "Son
Always roll the big dice, don't ever roll a one"
But I slayed a Bard in anger just to watch him die
When I hear that flute a blowin', I hang my head and cry
I bet there's rich Dwarves eatin' in some fancy dining hall
They're probably drinkin' cold Ale and smokin by the fire
Well, I know I had it coming, I know it can't be free
But those Goblins keep a-thievin', and that's what tortures me
Well, if I make it from this Dungeon, if that treasurer horde is mine
I bet I'll probably waste it in a Tavern drinking wine
Far from Gary’s Dungeon, that's where I want to stay
And I'll let that fearsome Dragon blow my foes away
An old Johnny Cash tune
